Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days(Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT-4 Quebec) will be processed on the same day. All products always undergo a short processing period before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4-7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do our utmost to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should any delays occur. We will, of course, keep you informed and strive to always minimize any delays.
